Shipping & Delivery

 

We'll do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost effective manner possible - there's nothing worse than playing the waiting game, right?! We use Post Haste Courier to ship all standard orders and Castle Parcels for those extra bulky items.

New Zealand Shipping Information

 

- We ship Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed Monday which means no overnight for Fri, Sat to Sun orders.

- Please require if you need overnight service. The extra fee depends on the delivery address. Our couriers don't have an overnight service for rural deliveries.

 

New Zealand Delivery Estimated Times

 

- Parcels sent to Urban addresses received in 2-3 working days Inter-Island 

- Parcels sent to Urban addresses received 1-2 working days same island

- Rural addresses will take longer

The certain times depend on our cooperative courier company.

 

International Shipping

We do provide international shipping service at this stage. Please email us at Info@infinitusoutdoors.co.nz

Normally a fee of $30 NZD for non-tracking service, $60 NZD with tracking service via NZ Post.  (Does not apply to oversize item(s))
